THE IG SECRET Get Real Instagram Followers

Instagram’s main priority has been building a great experience on its  apps — not on the web. But the photo-sharing service has become a huge web destination anyway: Instagram’s website is currently receiving 20 million page views each day, adding up to 500 million page views per month.
 Get Real Instagram Followers
They’re especially interesting given that the Instagram experience is so tailored to users of the app not viewers on the web. For example: If you don’t have an Instagram account, you can only look at individual Instagram photos people link to — you can’t click around on the site to see users’ full photo galleries or other personal profiles.

What is KLOUT!! Free Gifts!!

How I make all my money online
https://fiverr.com/jmhhacker

Simple questions people have about KLOUT

What is Klout?

Klout measures influence online. When you create content or engage, you impact others. Klout analyzes that impact to find your Klout Score, influential topics, and your influencers. Klout is the standard for influence. Top brands such as Disney, Audi, and Turner use Klout Perks to reach and engage influencers. Over 3,000 applications and partners use Klout data to display Klout Scores, prioritize based on Score or topics, and segment users.

What is the Klout Score?

The Klout Score measures influence on a scale of 1 to 100, with 100 being the most influential. Klout uses data from social networks in order to measure:
  • How many people you influence; (True Reach)
  • How much you influence them; and (Amplification)
  • How influential they are (Network Score)

What’s a good Score?

Influence is relative so it depends on your goal and peers. The average Klout Score is not 50; instead, it is around 20. The Score becomes exponentially harder to increase as you move up the scale. For instance, it is much harder to move from a 65 to a 70 than from a 20 to a 25.

How can I use Klout?

Klout helps you understand your influence and how to leverage it.
  • Benchmark your success, understand who you influence, and discover who to trust in the topics you care about.
  • Earn Klout Perks: exclusive access to products and experiences from top brands.
  • Put your Klout Score on your resume to land a sweet job or use it to get better customer service.

How can brands use Klout?

Brands can run Klout Perks and use Klout to measure their own success on social media. Klout Perks enable brands to reach and engage with influencers around a Perk. Klout influencers create thousands of pieces of UGC and millions of impressions for a brand’s new product, initiative or campaign. Perks are targeted based on Score, influential topics, location and more. Your brand’s Klout Score indicates how well you are driving action for your company. Monitor your Score to understand which tactics are working and how to better engage your audience.

What are Klout Perks?

Klout Perks are exclusive products or experiences you earn based on your Klout. Perks enable brands to connect with influencers in their area of expertise. As an influencer, you get first access to Perks you can share with your friends and audience. Influencers have taken a new Audi for a weekend-long test drive, gone with their kids to an early screening of a Disney movie, and brought home new HP laptops loaded with films.

Why do brands want to give me free stuff?

As an influencer, you are the type of person that your friends look to when choosing what movie to see or what laptop to buy. The brands we work with are confident in the quality of their products and they’d like you to try it to see for yourself. You are welcome to tell the world that you love the product, you dislike it, or to say nothing at all.

I never registered for Klout, why do I have a Klout profile?

Klout collects public data in order to accurately measure influence. Users can control the data available to Klout by changing the privacy settings on individual networks. Klout will never access your private data unless we have explicit permission.

Do you take sentiment into account in Score and topics measurements?

If you are driving action in a given topic, you have influence in it. We judge quality of content by the reactions it produces, not by their sentiment.

What do I need to do to improve my Klout?

It’s no secret; the best way to increase your Score is to consistently create great content that people want to share and respond to. For the most accurate Score, we also recommend connecting all of your social networks.

How often does Klout update?

The Klout Score is updated daily. Influencers and topics update weekly.

How does adding new networks on Klout impact my Score?

Adding networks allows us to more accurately measure your Klout Score. Adding a new network will never decrease your Score. Instead, it often increases it because we are able to give you credit for your impact on that network.

The Klout Score measures influence based on your ability to drive action. Every time you create content or engage you influence others. The Klout Score uses data from social networks in order to measure:
  • True Reach: How many people you influence
  • Amplification: How much you influence them
  • Network Impact: The influence of your network

True Reach

Your True Reach is the number of people you influence. We filter out spam and bots and focus on the people who are acting on your content. When you post a message, these people tend to respond or share it.
True Reach
Amplification
Amplification

Your Amplification is how much you influence people. When you post a message, how many people respond to it or spread it further? If people often act upon your content you have a high Amplification score.
Your Network

Your Network indicates the influence of the people in your True Reach. How often do top Influencers share and respond to your content? When they do so, they are increasing your Network score.
Klout Perks

Free Stuff

Klout Perks are exclusive products or experiences that you earn based on your influence.
Influencers have earned sweet Perks like laptops and airline tickets.

Check Regularly

Perks are available to everyone, not just people with high
scores. We care about the topics that you’re interested
and influential in.

Don’t Stress

You have no obligation to talk about the product. You’re
welcome to tell the world you love it, you dislike it, or say nothing at all.

Kollapse my novel here are 2 new chapters. Feedback welcome good or bad please.

Chapter I Awakening

James Wharton awoke as he had every day for 30 years at 6:30AM at least for the most part. As he moved to shut off the alarm as quickly as possible to avoid waking Sara, his wife of 37 years, he missed the button and the alarm fell to the floor with its annoying buzz blasting for several seconds.
Sara moved and even seemed as though she; was too up and ready to face a day she too had lived again and again. Hers not so much as repetitive rewinds as was James’, hers were always much more varied; but she quickly fell back to sleep as James quieted the alarm by snatching the cord and ripping it from the socket in frustration, pulling off half the plastic face-plate into which the plug was inserted in the process.

Quietly he slipped from the comfort of the bed he so longed to return to, walked zombie-like to the kitchen; oh how he hated the mornings as he aged, he could not even face putting on the coffee, so he went to his couch, fumbled through the stations on the remote control seeking the financial channel he had become addicted to, (a CNBC addict of the 3rd kind).
After several minutes and a few short periods of instantaneous unconsciousness he forced himself back to the coffee pot. Fumbling for the coffee-containing pod. He found nothing but a single round packet of Sara’s decaf; James shut off the modern coffee maker and grabbed a can of coke from the fridge.

He liked coke better anyway, he drank it with every meal and it had the sugar and caffeine he craved to make him become functional along with a Marlboro Red that he lit and inhaled deeply. He had never been able to free himself of cigarettes and at this point in his life he saw little need at further attempts to do so.

Fuck, the garbage truck was clamoring down the road behind and around the cacophony it blasted in all directions announcing to every creature within earshot that it would soon be upon him; and he had forgotten, he had forgotten to even remove the trash from the compactor, and he thought a compactor?
What the hell do I need this for; we burnt the garbage in the backyard as a kid growing up western Pennsylvania just 60 miles north of Pittsburgh, and that, which did not oxidize completely, was simply tilled into the rich soil from time to time with a garden rake?
But this was the new world. A red plastic container for glass, plastic and cans; and a blue box for newspapers, or something like that, he ignored it all! Well was the method he followed likely to have him ticketed by the garbage police?

Probably but he just didn’t give a shit about such things! 1984 was here but in the 21st century. Then a big black can for the rest; it was used for all the nasty stuff.
Shit he put it all in the black can as he always had and ran to the curb with it, in his robe, missed the man now in charge of the entire operation as everything was automated, like this truck with two opposing thumb-like claws that grasped the can, lifted it, dumped it and replaced it to the point of origin.

As the sanitary engineer returned around the loop on the cul-de-sac, James waved down the garbage-man, and the driver accommodated James with a complimentary unscheduled stop to grasp his black can.

Global warming was horseshit and he was confident that the climatic changes that were noted by the media were nothing more than cyclical and normal as they always had been. It was political crap. Shit, let the next generation deal with it if true; the sons Sara bore would then own ocean-front property in Orlando and the Silicon Valley; not a bad trade off.

Chapter II James
Always accused as being a pessimist, he knew he was a realist, an observer of human nature plain and simple. Expect the worst, but hope for the best. In the 1999, pre- 2K, or the start of the 3rd millennium, (but known as Pre 2K, or pre-2000), becoming the 3rd thousand year segment of our earth according to the computers’ coding. James took little faith in rational thought of his fellow humans and in the potential hysteria that might result, so he bought a pound of gold; 16 one ounce U.S. Gold Liberties; in hopes he could throw a coin here or there to pass the roadblocks he may need to pass; to bribe others or purchase essentials like food and medicine should all the computers of the world freeze at the rise of the new thousand year segment causing the modern world to fall into a state of disorder, or worse, total chaos.

James could envision barricades hastily thrown up by groups of otherwise good men, armed and gone insane with fear from the catastrophe resulting from such an event of man’s own creation; a world run by computers that only a few truly understood. The fear was there, many thought the computer coding unable to deal with the change of programming set for the 20th century, not the 21st century. Companies like HP, IBM, Apple and every major company that used such technology, which was everyone; and they spent billions, so the threat seemed plausible at least.
Manning their outposts to protect what they had from the hands of others. It never happened, and he never really expected it would. He kept the coins all the same. In fact he accumulated even more over the next decade, slowly and meticulously.

James was a hunter, a fisherman and someone that understood the outdoors and how to survive in the wilds. Having grown up in Pennsylvania, where schools were shut down to slaughter deer efficiently and precisely was an expected skill to be learned.
With the crunch of brown leaves and snow flurries bursting with sound; he knew how to use a weapon from an early age and owned more guns than he needed at his present age. He started with a 16 gage choke-able Mossberg shotgun. From that single shotgun passed down to him by his father and still owned by James, he accumulated many more firearms over the passage of some 45 years that overfilled his gun safe.

Sara, always thought James was more likely to shoot her than an intruder, but James knew better, he could put 2/3 of the shots he fired in a half dollar sized bull’s-eye at 10 yards with most any pistol he touched and with speed. With a rifle he was deadly at several hundred yards or more if he was on that day.

He showered, ran out of soap and finished the cleansing with some cheap Suave shampoo. Walking from the shower a wolf spider ran then paused, he grasped some toilet paper and crushed it, he hated spiders, he himself knew not why. But he despised them. He threw the wad into the toilet and flushed it.

James walked to his chest of drawers, and grabbed his favorite choice of available underwear in the drawer that day; cleaned and folded by Sara. Then he walked like a man sleep-walking to the sink for a shave and a drop of Visine into the corner each eyelid opening. After this ritual that he had done so many times he grabbed a shirt; no clients to see today he thought, so he went casual.
He delayed as long as possible, his departure into the crowed constantly under construction streets of Orlando. A city built to attract everyone on earth without so much as a map scratched on a napkin by the politicians of the 60’s and 70’s when Walt and his crew flew helicopters over vast expanses of lakes, swamps and wilderness.

Orlando was but a major inland regional city in those days. It was about to change and evolve into what it had become, a city of more than 2 million people without a core or heart or culture, simply an expanse of never ending suburbs spreading 40 miles in all directions from the center point, if you could determine that point.
So he shut off CNBC after watching what was expected to happen that day in the markets. He watched because he was a trader himself, some days he had predicted well, others horribly. But since the great crash, and then the “Flash Crash”, things seemed gloomier daily with intermittent up spurts of glee and rising stock prices. None of the upward moves seemed sustainable, the facts remained, high unemployment, and houses foreclosed upon, people were generally in fear for their jobs if they still had one.

In the end he had always remained about even in the market, at least over the past decade anyway; it was like Vegas on TV. But since the “Great Recession” as it became to be called, James noticed an underlying fermentation that only seemed to become more and more uncertain as to the quality of the brew breeding in the endless kegs scattered among the lakes and swamps of “The City Beautiful”.
He articulated his ideas to those he considered his friends and family; as to what not only America was headed for but the entire world; should we not all get a grasp.
So many foolish non-thinking people he felt surrounded him, yet they listened with great intent when he spoke of impending economic collapse, oh they listened; and as time passed more and more began to see he just may be onto something. Yet no one could truly face it but for a few. And even fewer did a thing to prepare for the worst; he wrote it off as human nature. Americans had been softened by 2 generations of excessive spending and buying, buying their food at a supermarket he doubted that most people really knew anything about the meats, vegetables and bread they bought in plastic bags, nice and neat and clean.

Then a six-pack and home to be master of the remote control as they lay upon their comfy couches consuming junk food as they watched mindless T.V. shows…life was good and it was easy and nobody ever expected that it could ever change. So they fattened themselves like a hog farmer fattens his pigs to someday be slaughtered so the meat could be sold in ever-so-nice pretty packaging. We could have bacon with our eggs; from chickens we never saw either.  To be cont…

Wrote this May 2012 sold it on www.justinmatthew.com

Social Media Rocket: Google+
Who is Justin Matthew and Why Should I Care?
On Justin’s first day on Google+, Oct. 11, 201, he acquired a total of just 74 followers.  However, he steadily followed 500-600 people a day the first few weeks, and reciprocally, by Dec. 25, 2011, Justin had an impressive 2319 Google+ followers.
By following the concepts outlined in this book, a mere eight months later, Justin’s got close to 21,000 followers, and is ranked 457 in the US on Google, growing exponentially.
Justin knows that if he can do it, you can do it, and his easy, step-by-step instructions and experiences in this book are the blueprint to point the way. He came from nowhere out of business sector and basically took over social media – though he knew nothing, Justin went from zero to 60 in an incredibly short time.
Justin Matthew hails from Florida. An athlete in school, he was too busy with the outdoor activities to care about computers. After a ten-year career in the stock market, he left during a market downturn and began working filming videos for Household Hacker, where he rose to become the business manager. Justin created some of the most lucrative contracts on YouTube for brand names like General Electric, Ford, Netflix, SquareSpace, Carbonite, Gamefly, Geico. Justin helped the YouTube channel for two years; he closed huge contracts, wrote and made videos, then promoted those videos to enormous success, all without having any prior experience.
He helped create, act, write, and research Viral Youtube videos that actually teach people about science, technology, computer tips, DIY, gaming, education and more. And some of his video pranks have gone viral, too. He was part of one of the most popular science shows on the internet, with over 60 videos and 40 million views for that segment alone.  In fact, Justin has been in 50 viral YouTube videos that have collectively been viewed over 200 million times.
This led to him analyzing and experimenting with social media, which caused him to explode his network online.
JMH Consulting Inc., Justin’s internet business, was started to help the internet industry with consulting advice. He now consults for film marketing, writers, and other social media specialists.  Justin has been a KRED INFLUNCER of the month and is top 5 in the world in influence on KLOUT.
Justin has an unheard-of score of 100 on Repinly, which tracks Pinterest posts. He has made the “What’s Hot” list on Google+ over fifty times! Justin’s Klout score is 78 and his Empire Avenue stock price is at 270, with the 7th highest dividend on the network. He has over 87,000 Twitter followers, nearly 65,000 Instagram followers and his personal blog is viewed over 1.2 million times a year.
Justin’s latest experiment on Fiver.com has led to an overwhelming success, serving over 5,000 clients in the last 5 months.
His two young daughters, who he credits as his inspiration, are following in Dad’s footsteps in tennis so far; he’s still active in tennis, and won the Orlando USTA Men’s Championship in 2010. As you can imagine, when Justin works, he succeeds.
All of Justin’s experiences have led him to want to share this series of books with you.
The Social Media Rocket Series of books
This is the first in a series of books that will cover every major social media tool and help you to skyrocket your social media presence. By utilizing this book and the others in the series across all social media platforms, you will be ahead of the curve and able to truly succeed in growing your own online brand — you.
Why did we start with Google+?
Google+ is one of the least utilized networks, yet it has the potential to be a game changer for the enterprising social media marketer, whether you’re a beginner or already consider yourself an expert.
When you go onto your computer, where do you go to look for something? Google!  When people look for SEO and search rankings, where do they want to be ranked? Google.
In fact, Google has gotten so popular, it’s now a VERB (“I don’t know the answer. Let me google that.”)
Justin uses Google+ all the time, and he has built a strong network over the 10 months he’s been on the platform. Google+ has led to more contacts on all of Justin’s other social networks, and to higher rankings on Google searches for Justin’s web sites, and by following these instructions, Google+ can do the same for you
Justin’s predictions about Google+
Because it’s Google, and they are the 800-pound gorilla for search functions for many years to come, Justin thinks people will be setting up accounts for these reasons:
  1. They’ve been told to
  2. They want to join the crowd
  3. They want to understand Google+
  4. They want to raise their search rankings
  5. “I don’t know what I would do without it”
This pretty much covers everyone who’s online. Google+ doesn’t have the same market share as Facebook — yet — but fans of Google+ are rabid, and as more people use Gmail accounts, it is an opportunity to be social without ever switching your browser window.
Justin also sees a huge switch because millions of users use Blogger, which will now automatically post to your Google+ page.  As a result, Google+ rankings are soaring for bloggers, who in turn are feeding the interest in Google+ as they post their blogs to their audience. This “one to many” method can make a huge difference in the adoption of Google+.
How to get started
The first thing you need is a Gmail account, since everything starts from there.  If you’ve already got a Gmail account, just log in, and skip down to the next part.
To get a Gmail account, just click (or copy) this link: https://accounts.google.com/SignUp?
Once you’re there, fill in the simple form, which will include attaching a current email account to this new address.
Unlike many other free services, you do not have to use a number in your email address, so be creative! Instead of joebloe@gmail.com which was taken by the first Joe Bloe who signed up at gmail ages ago, try bloe.joe@, bloejoe@ ,jbloej@ or jjbloe@ (presuming your middle name also begins with “j”).
Have fun! Maybe all those names are now taken, but you’ve got a favorite pastime — studying up for the annual National Pirate Day! piratejoebloe@ might be available, or capnjoebloe@ – use your imagination and in almost no time, you’ll have a new gmail account.  It’s really only a single screen to create the account.
Make sure to add a good photo of you when it asks you to upload an image.  One of Justin’s tips is to use the same photo across all social media and never to change it! This is really helpful in creating a recognizable brand.
Once you have a new account and are logged in, on the top left of the screen, you will see your name with a little plus (+) sign next to it.  Just click on that link, and it will take you to your Google+ page.
OR look at the very top right corner and you’ll see a small picture — that icon or avatar you just added, remember? If you don’t have one, it will be an empty head. Either way, click on it, then click the blue button that says “View profile.”

How to develop your profile
To expand and deepen your Google Plus profile, you need to give people as much information as you can about yourself, so that they can feel more connected to you (maybe) and decide to connect with you on other social networks (definitely).
From your Gmail account, click on the little arrow to the right of your Google icon on the far top right of the main screen.  This will bring down a little box that shows you your Gmail account name and gives you access to both your account and the privacy settings. If you have more than one Gmail account, it appears here in the list if you are signed into it.  It also has a bright blue button: View Profile, where you can view your Google+ profile.

Click the View Profile button and add as much personal information as you feel comfortable with. Link your business web site to your personal profile (see Your Google+ Business Profile, below, too).
Add all of your other social media profiles on other sites to your Google+ profile. This is extremely easy! Just click on the profile link on the left side of your Google+ page.  Scroll down to “Other Profiles” and click that section.  Then click “Add Custom Link.” Enter the name of the link where it says “Label” – for example, Pinterest or Twitter, then enter the URL where indicated.
Want to add multiple sites? Just keep clicking “Add Custom Link.” Once you’re done with all of them, click Save!
Want to only let some of your Google+ peeps — called Circlers — see your other sites (perhaps your friends, but not your co-workers)? Choose your privacy level: The public, Extended Circles (your Circles’ Circles, ie. friends of friends), even just yourself!
Link your blogs to your Google+ page, too! After all, if someone likes your post, they may want to read more of what you’ve said.
Similar to Facebook, Google+ has a cover photo for your page, as well as using your Gmail icon.  Make sure you take advantage of this real estate. Are you in the travel business? Your logo and a beautiful picture will tell the story. Into fashion or food? Consider a picture with your favorite look or dish on it. Unlike your Gmail icon, which should never change, you can alter your cover photo with the season or your mood, and then post about it when you change it!
How to add people to your circles
You can search on people you are already on Gmail with. When you sign up for Google+, you will be prompted to add folks to your circles who are already on Google+.
You can also add people individually. Just log into your Gmail account, on the top left of the screen, click on your name with a little plus (+) sign next to it, launching Google+.  Type their name into the search bar at the top of the Google+ page, and it will bring them up if they are already on Google+.
There will also be a little dialog box that tells you they haven’t shared anything with you yet:

Roll over the “Add to Circles” text and you can select any circle to add them to. JJ Divine just got added to the friends circle, above.   Once you’re done adding the few people you really care about, it’s time to add a lot of new friends!

Next, on the far left side, you’ll see an icon that says “Circles”.  Click on it.
This is where we are going to add people to our circles.

How to build your circles
  1. Go to your Google+ profile.
  2. Choose: Edit Profile
  3. Click on link to the right of “In Your Circles”
  4. Deselect this check box so no one can see who is in your circles.
This gives you privacy and exclusivity, since you could have thousand of people in your circles – when you are just starting out, it also means the number of people in your circles is up to the other person’s imagination — just think of yourself as “very influential.”
Also, these numbers will fluctuate, sometimes radically, as you develop your circles. This way you can keep that unstable-seeming info hidden from people who might use it as a reason to uncircle you because they make incorrect assumptions about your profile.
Go to the search box at the top of your Google+ page.
Type “circle share” into the search box and hit RETURN.
Then hit PAUSE on the top right of the scrolling window.  This freezes the auto-scroll so that new content will not be added on top of the existing content. This way you can control the page scroll.
Scroll down. When you see a circle that has interesting content or circles, you can add individuals, but it’s more likely you will want to add everyone in that circle.
Click on “View shared circle” or “Add Circle” A new window will pop up and ask you to name the circle.  You can just put in “Circle Share,” “My Circle Share,” or anything else you want to name it.
Click on the big blue button that says “Create [name of your circle] Circle.” If you haven’t reached your limit of people you can circle that day, it will add the circle.

The very first time you do this, you can follow hundreds of people — usually over a thousand before Google advises you that you have reached you limit.  But each subsequent day, you will only be able to add 30, or 50, or 75. Though it’s partly based on the number of people who have followed you back and partly based on the number of people you add, like many of Google’s secret algorithms, it’s just guesswork on our part.  Follow as many people as you can each day and keep coming back every day.
If you have already created a circle that you now want to add these people to (thereby creating your own new personal circle) you can just start typing the name of your existing circle into the box and it will automatically pop up.  Then just choose ADD ALL.

There are two types of circles you can add: circles that have content that you are interested in, or general circles that usually contain active and interesting content or Google+ users  across multiple genres. For example, let’s say you are into photography.  By typing the word “photography” into the search box, then hitting the PAUSE button at the top of the content that pops up, you can scroll through all posts and circles with that word. Add photography circles to your own circles, thereby following people with similar interests who can then follow you back over time (just remember to boot them if they haven’t followed you back within 2 weeks).
If you choose to add interesting people cross-genre, that’s fine, too; you may get a few messages from people asking, “What made you follow me, yo?” but interaction is interaction, so be sure the tell them you’re trying to grow your circles. Who knows? They may even share you on Google+ and hit you up on other social networks, the best result possible.
Don’t beg someone to add you to their circle.  You have to start from scratch, just like Justin did. Add value to the site and you will add followers.
Here’s how to add a single Google+er to your circles:
On your Google+ page, just click the ADD button next to someone’s name. A list of your existing circles pops up and you can add them to as many as are appropriate (when in doubt, use Google+ Circles for my account). OR on anyone who that option is NOT listed, for, just hover your mouse over their name, and click the green CIRCLE SHARE button. A list of your existing circles pops up, and you just follow the same instructions as above.

How to design content worth sharing
Start  off easy, getting used to Google+.
At the bottom of each post, you’ll see a +1. This is Google’s equivalent of the Facebook “like” button.  Click the little arrow next to the +1, which shares it on your Google+ feed. When others see +1, it tells them you like that content and encourages them to +1 a post as well.
Next, share content.
You can share content right from your Gmail account.  This is a screenshot of Halle’s GMail account:

On the top right corner, next to the Gmail icon, a box with the word Share appears. Click that and you will see the white overlay box where you can post directly to Google+ without even going to your Google+ page. Attach a photo, video, link, or an event, and choose which of your circles you want to see your post.  This is especially useful if you have circles with differing interests; you can segregate your posts so that your Illusionist circle and your Fashion circle don’t see the same content.
To tag someone in your post, just add them to your circle first (rolling over their name and then clicking ADD on the popup will do it) and then type “+ Their Name” into the post.
Post your blog posts to Google+. Do you write a daily, weekly, or even occasional blog? Posting these links to Google+ must become a regular part of your social media promotion.  Use a photo, too – pulled from your blog is fine – so that it draws the eye.
Click the Explore button on the left side of the main screen. The most popular stuff on Google+ will come up — share it, +1 it, and often your post will be shared and +1’ed, giving you more followers and a wider reach.
Still not sure what to share? Try the trending section to the right of your main feed window.

This small section tells you which of Google’s most popular content is trending higher or lower is clickable. If there’s a hash tag, you will bring up everything that has been written on Google+ that has been hashtagged with the same word or phrase.
Once you’ve mastered how to promote the content of other Google+ folks, you’ll want to get to one of the most vital pieces of your social media empire: creating your own original and interesting content. Every day, spend 30 minutes researching the news, Tumblr, Pinterest Facebook, Twitter, etc. Look at the same information (if you can find it) across multiple sites, then formulate your own post from what you’ve read. Add a photo and hash tags and send it out.  Make a name for yourself  by creating great content and you will attract Google+ people and circles that will grow your empire exponentially.
The last thing to do before you post is to create hashtags for it.  This is a hashtag mark: #. By tagging words or phrases, someone can do a search for these keywords, and all posts that have that hashtag in them will come up.  It works this way on both Google+ and Twitter, for example.
So let’s say your post says, “The Social Media Rocket book has taught me everything I need to know about social media marketing on Google+!” You add a photo, of course, and then you hashtag every possible phrase!  So your post ends up looking like this:
The #SocialMediaRocket #book has taught me everything I need to know about #SocialMedia #marketing on #Google+!
Unlike Twitter, there is no 140 character limit, so go nuts!
Note that if you have a multi-word phrase, you must run the word together.  “#Social Media “ will only give you the word “Social”
“#Social #Media” will only give you each word independently – social and media.
“#SocialMedia” will give you social media when someone searches on that phrase.
#science #experiment is not the same as #scienceexperiment and if you only hashtag it as this: #science experiment – science and not experiment will come up when people search.
Be specific!  The more specific your phrases are, the more likely they are to stay up at the top of the search longer when someone is looking for that item.  For example, #scienceexperimentwithsoap is more specific than #scienceexperiment.
What does this mean for you? The concept uses the same principle as creating “long-tail keyword phrases” when you are doing SEO (search engine optimization) for a web site: fewer people will find you, but the ones who do will be more interested in your content, and you will be easier to find by those people.
That’s vitally important in a world where we are constantly bombarded by new information. For someone to be able to find your great seafront bed and breakfast because you hashtag #CapeCod BedAndBreakfast instead of #BedAndBreakfast can be the difference between you finding a new customer or never coming across their screen in the first place. Also, you are much likely to show up higher on the search, because so many people still don’t know this trick or don’t bother to follow it.
It is critical to use the right hash tags EVERYWHERE. After you’ve written your post, hashtag every possible one – Justin has used up to thirty hashtags in a single post!
Add hashtags both to words inside the post as well as to your signature or keywords at the bottom of the post
So your whole post might read:
The #SocialMediaRocket #book has taught me everything I need to know about #SocialMedia #marketing on #Google+!
#JustinMatthew, #SocialMediaBook, #HalleEavelyn, #Google+What’sHot, #CircleShare, #Reshare, #YourCompanyName
Note that #JustinMatthew will add his name into a trend list, so that it’s searchable, and that +Justin Matthew (if he’s in already been added to your circle) will cause you to tag him in your post.
Snowball Example
Let’s say you hashtag the word snowball  – each and every time you post
By typing #snowball into the search bar on Google+, you can go back to the first post and see every time you’ve used the same hashtag.  It in essence becomes your personal hashtag. People searching on this word can then refer back to the full list – you’ve basically created your own timeline using the hashtag.
This type of search is also good for mainstream hashtags, and can show you what people are talking about on trending topics when you type that topic into the search bar or click on them when you see the up or down arrows (see photo, above).
People can expand on these when you share in circles – #snowballcircle, which Justin started on his own, after just 4 months took on a life of its own, with hundreds of people trending #snowballcircle in their own shares.
Make yourself into someone who they want to follow.  Your comments and content that you post take innovation and time.  Perhaps you will need to research, reword, add photos to content you find.
Justin has hit the WHAT’S HOT page 77 times. Many of his posts have been reshared over 1000 times or reposted over 1000 times. He has achieved this by spending his valuable TIME working on his posts before he ever shares them.  Much of what he has accomplished is completely repeatable by you, just by taking extra time.
He thinks the most important part of your sharing on Google+ is to BE REAL. Tell people when you’re feeling like crap, or if you are doing something truly personal (don’t overshare, of course, people probably don’t want to know when you are having problems with an ingrown hair while you are waxing… or, maybe they do!) It’s easy to remember to post that you got a promotion or won a marathon. But the most shared posts are usually normal things that everyone can relate to, like you had a bad day – and they can comment, “me, too” — sometimes it takes that little to make a connection.
So what kind of results can you expect? Until your circle numbers go crazy, expect less than 10+ and 5 shares per post on average.
Justin’s post gets 80 shares, let’s say each person has an average of 400 followers.  That’s 32K who could potentially see this share.

How to explode your circles
Want to get noticed by someone who’s already got a HUGE circle (like Justin?) Consider tagging them in a thoughtful post that adds to something they’ve said or crediting them in a post where you’re commenting on their post and sharing it.  Try doing this twice a week for a month, and see if it causes them to notice you and add you back.  This alone can be a great tip for exploding your circles.
Once you have added a lot of people from other circles, go back two weeks later and use a social media extension to clear out people who didn’t follow you back.
Justin’s suggested social media extensions are:
  1. Uncircle uncirclers
  2. Uncircle Inactives
To get both of these, we recommend going to the Chrome web store and downloading them for free. You’ll have to look for apps on your browser if you’re not using Chrome, but we highly recommend it as it’s optimized for GMail and Google+.
At least every 6 (but we suggest every 2) weeks, you can clear it out.
You can grow unlimited circles this way, by clearing out all the unused profiles. You don’t want someone in your circles who is an inactive member of the community – we want ACTIVE users. People open the account, they have good intentions, but they never come back or they come back so infrequently they’re not worth your time. Make this about the numbers, not about personalities. If someone doesn’t post enough, cut them and take someone else who does.
Active users share their content and their circles. They are the most likely to forward you on to their own circles, thereby extending your personal brand to others who can choose to “+1”, comment, follow you, or invite you to join their circle.
Since you are limited to the total number of  people you can circle (no more than 5000) if someone hasn’t used their Google + account in six weeks, boot them.  They are taking up valuable real estate in your growing Google+ empire.
When you finally do hit 5,000 people you are circling, change the parameters of people’s share levels. For example, let’s say you’ve been following our advice and kicking them off if they don’t post at least once a month. Now you can choose to kick them off if they don’t post at least once a week, or every two weeks, or whatever other parameter you choose.
Sought ought “power hitters” – commenting on their posts, +ing their shares
Got into their circles because Justin’s commentary was relevant, timely, and interesting.
For example, you find a big guy in a science circle; make a comment relevant to his material
Snowball Circle – The fabric of Google+ and you don’t want to be pigeonholed into a particular genre
Decide which circles you want – you can have both an agnostic circle, AND circles in your genre – relevant content is the clue
Download Uncircle Inactives from the Google Chrome web store.  It will automatically be added to your doc.
Click on the icon for the app and it will automatically log in and download your Google+ circles.
The left column starts with All Circles – clicking this will include all of your circles, and by clicking any one of the names of the circles below it, these will be INCLUDED in your search.  Hold down the Alt or Option key to keep your selections chosen while you pick others.
The right column starts with No Circles – clicking this will exclude all of your circles, and by clicking any one of the names of the circles below it, these will be EXCLUDED from your search.  Hold down the Alt or Option key to keep your selections chosen while you pick others.
Example: Let’s say you want to remove inactives in all circles EXCEPT your Friends and Family – in other words, so Aunt Sandy’s never been on Google+ a day in her life.  You still don’t want to give her the boot.
Choose All Circles on the left to INCLUDE, then your Friends and your Family circles on the right to EXCLUDE just those.
Then click the Apply Inc/Exc button just above the 2 boxes.
This will give you a list of all the people you have chosen who are in your circles.
Now choose your “inactivity criteria” just under the 2 columns.  No posts since X date.  This is up to you to choose – just click inside the calendar date for a handy pop-up calendar.  Be as generous or as tight as you like with this parameter, especially if you’re close to reaching your 5000 Circler limit.
Click the Check Activity box when ready (and you might check off adding the developer, Ehsan, to one of your circles, too).
Now check out the list of your Circles on the right – each name will have a thumbs up (green) or a thumbs down (red) next to it, which will tell you whether they have been inactive since the date you selected.
After a second or two, it should finish, but to make the window active, you have to now click the “enough” button on the bottom left of the Inactivity Criteria section.
You will jump to a list of everyone in your list who is inactive ONLY.  Now you can hand-select each one. Keep the ones you wish to delete selected, deselect the others, and choose “Uncircle,” the bottom button on the Inactivity Criteria section. Don’t forget you can use this method to remove – uncircle – an individual who might not be a good fit for your circle; you can always add him back later!
You’ve deleted your inactive Circlers and made room for some more valuable connections – congratulations!
Timing your posts
Another tool that can help you explode your Google+ circles is Google+ Timing. This simple tool tracks your posts and suggests the best times based on its records of your previous posting.

Google+ Timing also tells you how many cumulative shares and comments you have on your top posts, so you can see which of your posts are the most effective.

Controlling Your Posts
Control who you share things with. If you want to send a private message, delete all your circles from the post, then add the name of the person on Google+  you want to send your message to.
When you send a private post like this, it doesn’t show up in your public feed, or in the feed of the person who you sent it to.  The recipient just sees the notification:
JUSTIN MATTHEW shared a post directly with you
They also receive an email in their Gmail account advising them that they received a private post, and they can click on the link to go to it.
Afterwards, once you share post privately, if you want it to stay private – in other words, if you don’t want to allow the receiver to forward it, choose the little pull-down arrow from the top right of the post box, then choose Lock Post.  This prevents people from forwarding your post or from seeing it on your recipient’s Google+ feed.
You can disable comments OR lock each post on top right corner of the dialog box. This lets you send private photos from that party you went to without your boss being able to see it, or of your new baby without worrying your kid’s smile will end up all over the internet.  You can control exactly who sees what easily this way.

How Google+ can help you in other social media
All of this circling and uncircling will help you in your other social media. For example, the more active you are on Google+, the more it adds to your TrueReach on Klout.  There are so many people out there who buy Twitter followers or who are bots. Your TrueReach shows you how people are REALLY doing.  15% of your overall actual reach on Klout comes from Google+. Part of any social media aggregator — the tools, apps, or programs that gauge how effective you are on social media — comes from Google+.
People who actually interact with you help you on other social media by mentioning you, following you on Twitter, adding you as a Facebook friend or Klout influencer, following your boards on Pinterest, buying stock in you on Empire Avenue, or all of the above. Each of these social media platforms helps to promote you on other social media platforms, and the trick is to stay active and provide great content, as consistently as possible.
Of course Google+ also can help you to get higher rankings in their search engine. No one knows how Google weights their searches, and they are keeping that information very closely held, but by using Google+ — and especially by other people +1’ing your web site, blog, or whatever else you are promoting — Google+ users are sending a direct message to Google’s search engine that your content is valuable, which helps to rank it higher when people are looking for it.  Just remember that Google is constantly tweaking their algorithms, so instead of trying to game the system make sure you are providing regular, valuable content.

Your Google+ Business Profile
If you own or are part of a business, it is not enough to have merely a personal profile; you must also have a business profile on Google+. Since millions of people search Google each day for information about businesses, you can imagine how valuable +1s can be in the Google search rankings (you will have to use your imagination, since Google withholds all specifics on their ranking algorithms).
Creating a business profile is quite easy.  First of all, we suggest you create a new business GMail account that anyone appropriate can access in your company.  Maybe it’s just you now, but you might grow!  If it’s attached to your personal account, you might compromise your privacy.
Once you’re logged into your new business Gmail account, click on this link or type it into your browser: https://plus.google.com/pages/create
Follow the instructions to choose whether you are a:
  • Local Business or Place
  • Product or Brand
  • Company, Institution or Organization
  • Arts, Entertainment or Sports
  • Other

Then fill in the rest of the requested info. Next, you’ll customize your public profile with a tag line, a company logo, and a photo.  THINK HARD about these if you don’t have standard ones you use.  You want to build your own brand, so it’s really important that people can see a consistent message.  For example, if you don’t have a professional-sounding tagline (“Whassup, Googlers??”) you might not seem like you really mean business to your oh-so-real potential clients. Remember, the more you customize your page, the better you look!

Don’t forget the most important part – promoting your page!  Let everyone in your circles know you have a just-launched Google+ business page.  Ask them to circle you and to let their circles know about you.  Use all the great tips in this book to take care of your base work, then keep coming back and repeating this process over and over so you can build a strong user network!

Include your page every time you send your Google+ listings. Tweet about it and mention it across all your social media, too.
Justin does absolutely no independent promotion of his JMH Hacker business page. Yet, just by following these simple steps, he has already received over 4000 +1s on JMH Hacker, so this is a valuable step that will take just an extra moment of your time as you are posting.
To use Google+ as your personal profile instead of your business profile, once you’ve set it up just click on the business page square icon on the far right for the drop down menu of all your Gmail accounts and pages.
Other tools to maximize Google+
Search, Plus your World – This is a personalized search that allows you to search inside of Google+ across your personal network instead of the web. It’s designed to make results more specific, more personal, and also more social. You can read more about it on Google’s own blog.
Google Ripples – Basically, metrics for each of your posts that have been shared frequently. This only works if your post is public (it will say “public” right next to the time stamp on the post).  To access Ripples, use the same dropdown arrow on the top right side of the post.  No link for “View Ripples?” That means not enough people have shared it. Click and pull down to View Ripples, which will give you a graph of how your posts have been shared.
Below is a post Justin shared – you can see his comment below, and when you choose View Ripples, you can see the whole history of all public shares, and also how many private shares there were as well.

If you want to see Ripples for a URL, you have to find a post that’s already been shared enough to have Ripples and select View Ripples (which allows you to access the Ripples Page. Then just type the URL into the top right-hand corner of the page that comes up (see the photo above).

CircleCount.com – This terrific tool will tell you what you average in number of shares and +s, and which circles you are in. It offers fantastic metrics and it’s free.
Google+ Ultimate – A great extension that will add both functionality and themes to your Google+ page.  You can download it from the Chrome store here.
Justin’s Special Sauce
Here are some special little tips we call Justin’s Special Sauce. Each one of them is something this social media guru did to help build his street kred on Google+, and they worked! Of course there were other ideas that didn’t, so keep experimenting!
1. Good Morning, World!
  • Your posts don’t have to be about your business or something profound.  Sometimes the simplest things are worth sharing.  Justin often just types,
“Good morning, World!” and receives posts back from 30-40 people each time.
  • Remember, your posts go out all over the WORLD, not just in your time zone
  • “Good morning, World” might generate comments like, “Good Evening from Russia!”
2. KISS: Keep Your System Simple
  • ADD PHOTOS whenever possible.
  • Keep clearing your circle every 2 weeks.
3. The Snowball Circle

The Snowball Circle is consistently one of the most popular circles on Google+.
View the ripples on each post. A share of 100 times, with each person having an average share of 300 people.
The first thing Justin did was post the rules:
  • 1: +1 the circle
  • 2. comment on it.

Add the Pin It Toolbar Button. The Pin It Button makes it quick and easy to pin your pages. Once installed just go to any page with interesting photos, click on the Pin It button and a series of images from that page pop-up. Click on the one that you would like to pin, choose the category or go to the bottom and add a new category, push save and you are quickly on to the next pin.3 points

3
Join Pinterest
There is a place to join Pinterest on the site but it seems that the quickest way is for you to send me your email so that I can submit it. Pay attention to the subtle differences and then begin to update your own lenses with pinable pictures
8
Wait for the Pinterest Pop-up to Disappear
When you pin a photo, a pop-up will appear with a drop down menu for categorizing the pin. Choose the right category, add a note (Use your keywords) and then wait until the pop-up disappears so that it has enough time to finish pinning.1 point
9
Repost to Facebook and Twitter
By spreading the word, your Pinterest followers will increase and soon that traffic will follow you to your page.

Going Viral on Pinterest: Driving Big Traffic

Going Viral on Pinterest: Driving Big Traffic Made a fortune on fiverr

ALL FROM THIS SITE https://fiverr.com/atlcomputerdude

Made 40,000 in 3 months from Pinterest

. A little over two months ago my girlfriend,  was on her laptop on the couch totally enchanted by some type of site I had never seen before. However, I knew the passion and attention she was giving the site was all too familiar. There she was pinning and repinning content onto her boards like it was her job. As a marketer of nearly seven years, I absolutely knew this “Pinterest” thing was going to be huge. I never would have expected, however, that it would change the world of viral marketing so quickly.

It was during that month of January that Pinterest exploded from a casual social network to an absolute powerhouse of over 10 million users. By this point, it was driving more referral traffic than Google+, Youtube, and LinkedIn. For a social network remaining under the radar for the marketing industry, these are numbers that can’t be ignored.

I went on to make over 100.000 on fiverr.com

 ALL FROM THIS SITE https://fiverr.com/atlcomputerdude

The Power behind Pinterest

The best way to understand the power behind Pinterest is to compare it to the last ruler of viral traffic: The Front Page of Digg. We all remember the stunning days of 2007-2008 when reaching the front page of Digg was considered a milestone in your career. When developing content specifically for Digg was fun and actually reaching the front page was cause for celebration . . . and panic as your servers soon overloaded with traffic and eventually crashed. Those were fun times, indeed, and I have missed them ever since Digg’s mishap that resulted in a mass migration to other social networks.

I still remember my first Digg front page in 2008; I even printed it out and thought about framing it at that point in my career. Below is the actual data from my first three “Front Pagers” and what I thought would be the best traffic that I could ever drive to a website in a 24 hour time-frame.

Another 22,000

In 2008 on a good day the front page of Digg could drive around 30-50 thousand visitors in a 24 hour time span. After the content was off the front page, it often disappeared into oblivion to never be seen again. That was the life of viral marketing back then and a lot of people have said since Digg’s demise that it would never be possible to reach those levels again.

However, I’m here to tell you that in the past two months I have not only reached those levels again, I have completely obliterated the old “Digg Effect”.

Below are the analytics from a single piece of content created for my personal site nearly over two weeks ago geared specifically towards Pinterest. As you can see, there’s a HUGE difference between the two.

Not only did this one piece of content nearly triple the traffic that was produced by the old Digg, but the average time spent on site is nearly 2 minutes and 43 seconds. This is exponentially better than the 12-13 seconds regular content is awarded from going viral on other social networks. The best part about going viral on Pinterest, however, is that once it hits its peak the traffic simply doesn’t stop. With the site’s growth in unique users and ability to “repin” and share, viral content will continue to bring in thousands of daily visitors for up to 3-4 weeks.

ALL FROM THIS SITE https://fiverr.com/atlcomputerdude

So how did I go about getting 46 thousand repins from one piece of content on my personal site? It’s all about the content, baby.

Understanding the Pinterest Community

When I started researching how to better understand the Pinterest community and its users I was met with some criticism. Being told “I’m revoking your man-card” or “you’re wasting your time” were the most frequent. However, as I soon began seeing results my peers began to ask me if I was casting some type of voodoo magic over the Pinterest users. I have played D&D before and I do have a set of dice, however, I am no magic user when it comes to Pinterest. It’s not about knowing what women want, it’s about knowing what the community wants.

The real secret to understanding the Pinterest community is this: IT’S JUST LIKE EVERY OTHER SOCIAL NETWORK. Just like Digg, Reddit, Facebook, and Twitter . . . pictures of cute animals and memes run rampant. While there are some exceptions to this rule, there isn’t a day that goes by that I don’t see something from Reddit hit the popular page of Pinterest. Yes it’s true that throwing up a picture of Ryan Reynolds shirtless or of Ryan Gosling “Hey Girl-ing” a kitten will probably get you thousands of repins, it will never result in any traffic through to your site. The most important thing to remember is that the users of Pinterest are looking to share and repin creative ideas and advice.

10,000 more

There are thousands of infographics being submitted to Pinterest on a daily basis. However, I can count on my hand how many infographics I’ve ever seen make it to the popular page of Pinterest. When it comes to going viral, making the popular page is an absolute necessity in the effectiveness of your content. While infographics might work on every other social network, they just aren’t what the Pinterest users are looking to share. The whole point of infographics is to visually interpret data in a way that’s appealing to the users. While information and knowledge is extremely convenient, it just doesn’t fit in well with the ideals of Pinterest. Every few years there is a change in the trends associated with the design of content for social sites. While infographics have been a hot item for years, they just aren’t working at the level I’ve seen with other content on Pinterest.

 Instructographics.

Instructographics for Pinterest:

ALL FROM THIS SITE https://fiverr.com/atlcomputerdude
Since the term of “instructographics” has never been used before, I guess I should provide a formal definition. Instructographics are a vertical representation of creative ideas or steps that guides the user to a specific deliverable. It doesn’t matter if it’s a recipe, hairstyle, do-it-yourself project . . . instructographics work on nearly any level. Why do these graphics work better than infographics on Pinterest? It’s simply because the instructographic walks the user through a series of instructions that will result in something useful in real life.

Pinterest is all about the sharing of ideas and the instructographic is the perfect type of content for doing such.

So how does one go about constructing an instructographic? At 97th Floor we use the following methods when setting up one of our many Pinterest marketing campaigns:

Step 1: Find an Idea

For this step it’s pretty simple, just find an idea of a cool concept or creation that you think would go over well in the Pinterest community. The possibilities are endless; however, make sure the idea is something that you’ve never seen before.

Do you have an idea that is just so brilliant that it’s never been seen before? Good, that’s what you’ll need. After you’ve determined exactly what you want to share with the community, get your team together and start brainstorming the processes you’ll need to take to get to a final product. While you could probably make a monster instructographic outlining every single detail, I believe in K.I.S.S (Keep It Simple, Stupid).

Step 2: Begin the Design

After you’ve determined exactly what content your instructographic will contain, begin designing a basic step by step vertical guide. It is important to remember to keep the title of your instructographic as visible as possible as it will be the first thing viewed by the users of Pinterest.

Step 3: Upload to your Client Site

Unlike other social networks that give major notice to the URL that the image is uploaded on, Pinterest gives very little attention to this element. As long as the content is remotely similar to the site and looks like it fits it will be just find with Pinterest.

Step 4: Size it Correctly

What’s the difference between 40 visitors to your site from an instructographic and 40,000? The size of your content. As long as your content is longer than 2,500 pixels it will be unreadable by the Pinterest users. Anything smaller and Pinterest will magnify the image so that it’s readable on the site (meaning there’s no reason to click through to your page). This forces them to click on your submission, through to your page to view the content. If it’s something that’s worth reading and creative, this is a necessity. If it’s longer than 5,000 pixels, then create a simple 300×300 pixel button outlining your graphic. The reason for this is because the “like” and “repin” buttons are at the top of the submission. If they have to scroll too far town to view the entire piece, chances are they aren’t going to scroll up to click on those buttons. For me the ideal image is 600×3000 pixels.

Step 5: Submit and Pin!

When your instructographic is ready to be shared, there are several important elements that you should keep in mind before submitting to Pinterest.

If you’re still having troubles understanding the intricacies of the instructographic below is one 97th Floor recently designed for a client which received 14,000+ repins:

ALL FROM THIS SITE https://fiverr.com/atlcomputerdude

The Pinterest Popularity Algorithm

Like every other social network in the realm of the internets, there is a science behind going popular on Pinterest. This is no way considered gaming the Pinterest site, however, it will give your content the best chance possible to make it to the popular board.

Once every piece of content is submitted it is placed onto the top of the specific category pages. Getting to the top of these pages is essential to going viral on Pinterest. Consider these category pages your springboard to the popular page. You do not need an established or aged account to get to the top, however, there are some elements that will block your attempts. Every piece of content is placed onto the top of the category pages barring it doesn’t break any of the following guidelines:

You’ve submitted within the past hour
It seems that in an effort to combat spam, Pinterest has limited every user account to ONE piece of content on the category pages per hour. We tell all our clients to hold off on the pinning up to three hours before we’re ready for a content push.
You’ve hosted your content on Imgur
I have no idea why Pinterest has done so, but any piece of content hosted on Imgur will not make it to the top of the category pages. I’m guessing this is a maneuver to differentiate themselves from Reddit, however, no one has explained the reasoning quite yet. Just beware if you plan on rehosting content on your site.
Timing the Submission

As with every social network, there is a specific time that you can submit that will give you the best chance of reaching the front or popular pages. Pinterest is no different as their users tend to be more active during different points of the day. The goal as a content creator is to get your content onto the site when it is least competitive yet most effective. With Pinterest this time tends to be between 5-7AM and 5-7PM EST. The reason for this is because the majority of users are either waking up or getting off work to check their Pinterest boards. Since this is the case, you want to submit your content at least one hour beforehand to ensure that it will be visible to the most people at the right time.

Monitoring Your Content

After your content has been submitted to Pinterest and gone viral, it is important that you check the popular boards routinely to see if your content has been rehosted on any different sites or blogs. As the creators of the content you are entitled to every visitor that it receives. Unfortunately sites such as 9Gag have included the “Pin It” button allowing the users to direct 100% of the traffic to their site. I have found that if you ask the user that pinned your content from a site like this to nicely to change the URL, they will abide. While it might seem tedious and time consuming, this is essentially thousands of visitors that your client will be missing out on if you do not follow through.
ALL FROM THIS SITE https://fiverr.com/atlcomputerdude
Conclusion

Pinterest is here to stay and if it’s not in your marketing plans yet, it very well should be. I expect Pinterest to double in size and traffic potential in the coming months. It’s important to remember that while the majority of Pinterest users are women, more men are starting to migrate over due to its easy usability and creative content. Don’t be one of those companies kicking themselves in a few months because you didn’t get in on the trend. They said Facebook would never take over Myspace and Twitter would be useless to social marketing. Experts are saying the same thing about Pinterest right now. I’m here to tell you they’re wrong.

Pinterest, Buttons and Codes

I am  Pinterested in Pinterest right now.  If you have not set up an account yet, please check it out.  You will not regret it.  Not only is Pinterest good for you, it can be great for your blog, website even videos!  Each day I see tons of people saying that their greatest source of traffic is now Pinterest over twitter, StumbleUpon or Facebook.  That is HUGE
The problem is, for a site that is so huge on sharing,
it is not the easiest site to implement into your site.

After a long time spent finding the code, I finally have the little PinIt button in my GetSocial plugin that floats in the left side of my page and I could not be happier!

Now I do not have to worry about going to each individual post and choosing a URL and image.  Having it right there with the other sharing options makes it available on each and every post I have ever written.

I finally found the code snippet you will need at Chykalohpia and then I just changed it a little to get what I wanted.

The Magic Pinterest Code

If you want the PinIt button at the end of your post with other social media sharing buttons like twitter or facebook you have a few choices.

Pin It” Button

←  Add this link to your Bookmarks Bar
To install the “Pin It” button in Chrome:
  1. Display your Bookmarks by clicking the Wrench Icon > Tools > Always Show Bookmarks Bar
  2. Drag the “Pin It” button to your Bookmarks bar
  3. When you are browsing the web, push the “Pin It” button to pin an image
Once installed in your browser, the “Pin It” button lets you grab an image from any website and add it to one of your pinboards. When you pin from a website, we automatically grab the source link so we can credit the original creator.

Click the button of your choosing below to select the HTML code to embed. Then, copy and paste the code onto your site where you’d like it to appear.

  • Follow Me on Pinterest button
  • Follow Me on Pinterest button
  • Follow Me on Pinterest button
The follow buttons act similarly to any linked image on your site. They can be used inline with your content, or as part of a sidebar.

Pin It Button for Web Sites

Add a Pin It button to invite your readers to pin your work onto Pinterest.
The Pin It button is made to look and feel like the Facebook and Twitter buttons your readers already use. For best results, place the Pin It button near your other social sharing tools.

Descriptions are optional but recommended; they will make pinning much easier for your users.

Add this code to your page, right where you want the button to appear:
Add this code to your page only once, directly above the closing </BODY> tag:
Important: you can have as many Pin It buttons on a page as you like, but you only need to include the JavaScript once!

Pinterest Now Generates More Referral Traffic Than Twitter: Study

Check out my Pinterest here My Pinterest

This is big.
A new study by online sharing tool Shareaholic has found that Pinterest now drives more referral traffic than Twitter. via TechCrunch

Easy Ways To Get More Followers On Pinterest  Yes, I am Competitive

How can you gain more followers without resorting to follow me and I’ll follow you back…..

Here are tips I have used that are working NOW

1) Sync your Pinterest account with Twitter and Facebook

It’s such an easy process, and once you do it, you’ll have access to tons of follower possibilities including the friend messaging/following option that enables you to send out endless Pinterest invites to friends and family, and also find out who is already pinning. Bonus? Easy links will be placed under your Profile for quick access. With Twitter also based on a follow system, showcasing your pins and tweeting them for the world to see will quickly amount to new followers, provided you serve it up right. In short, only tweet and FB your very best pins.

2) Packaging is Everything

Don’t resort to boring boards! Be creative when naming your boards and make sure they are browser friendly (read: not too long) and arranged in a way that reads like a delicious story. Think like a marketing genius and brand yourself accordingly. If you want your followers to know you’re a die-hard foodie, crafter extraordinaire, or fashion lover, let those boards come first, and if necessary, break up your boards to further your branding. A DIY queen can have several boards for different types of projects and a style maven can separate her wish list from her inspirational street style shots. The key is to provide easy navigation for new followers to breeze through.
3) #Make #Sure #You #Tag

Just as on Twitter, hashtags (#) make it easy for people to access what they are looking form and tagging other Pinterest members with the “@” symbol fosters conversations, creates hype, and — you guessed it — attracts followers. Don’t overdo it, though. Save your tagging (again) for the cream of the crop.

4) Follow and Comment

It takes a friend to have a friend. Find others who share your interests, follow them, and chances are they will follow you back. If you see a pin that intrigues you, leave a witty or appreciative comment. Commenting on the pins of popular accounts also opens you up to the possibility of gaining a new audience. It’s a social media tool, so be social and have fun with it!

5) Leverage Your Blog

Maybe you already have a loyal audience somewhere else. Bring them over to Pinterest with you. In addition to installing a Pinterest button on your blog, and/or plugins for each post, there are other ways you can recruit new followers. Interactive boards or contests that require comments and new pins from people are a great way to engage your audience and attract new readers.

6) Give The People What They Want

Visiting Pinteret’s Popular page to see what is trending as well as checking out what’s being pinned from your site or blog is a great way to see what’s hot. The next step? Give readers more of what’s popular, as long as it jives with your interests.

7) Choice Content

Finally, make sure your content is quality. It’s a VISUAL space and people are after great images. While repinning is a given, find beautiful pins through image-based sites like Tumblr, Stumbleupon, G+ and blogs filled with eye-candy. Better yet, bust out your camera and let your work go viral. Original pins will have your account listed as the origin, no matter how many times they’re pinned, and others will most likely check you out.

8)  Arrange a Pin Exchange

While it’s considered inappropriate to pin your own content too frequently, you can always team up with other site owners or retailers in your industry to organize a “pin exchange” that allows more of your content to be seeded on to Pinterest without your direct involvement.  A group of friends who all sell items on Etsy, for example, could arrange to share each other’s content on Pinterest in order to build recognition without appearing too “scammy”.

 9)  Expand Your Boards

It should go without saying, but when you offer plenty of different boards across a wide variety of interests and topics, you’re creating more opportunities for people to follow you.  While it’s a good idea to create boards that are relevant to your website or business, consider creating boards on your personal hobbies and activities as well to reach a larger group of people.

10)  Pin Newsworthy Content

If you want to build your number of Pinterest followers, it’s important that you be seen as a “thought leader” in your industry – not just someone who repins content from other people.  To increase this perception, try to be the first to create pins for news items within your industry.  You could even create boards to feature new products that are released in your niche, making you the “go to” pinner serving your field.

11)  Use Pinterest to Create Tutorials

People love tutorials, and the unique visual display of Pinterest makes it ideally suited to create tutorials that other users can follow.  As an example, say you run a site that teaches affiliate marketing to website owners.  Using Pinterest, you could create a “step-by-step” tutorial board, in which you feature links to different articles from around the web on topics like choosing affiliate products to promote, building traffic to your site and improving conversions.  Create tutorials on topics that you know will interest a number of people and you’re sure to pick up more followers for your account.

12)  Write Searchable Pin Captions

One of the ways that people find new Pinterest users to follow is by searching the site for interesting key phrases in order to uncover new pinned content.  If your pins don’t appear in these searches, you’re losing potential followers that could have subscribed to your boards.  For this reason, it’s important to integrate relevant keywords into your pin captions.  Don’t simply stuff your pins full of meaningless keywords, but at the same time, don’t use basic captions like, “So funny!” that don’t give Pinterest users or the site’s search engine any information about what’s going on in your pins.
